APPLICATION:
Solic has been specifically developed to remove silicone and mastic, both fresh and hardened, from metals, glass, wood, ceramic and other hard coatings. Solic penetrates, inflates and detaches the reticulated resin, allowing its easy removal from surfaces. The speed of action of the product depending on the type of resin to remove and, thus , it can vary: on single component (urethane, vinyl, acrylic) product, Solic acts in a few minutes; on bi-component or silicone products it normally acts in a longer time. Given is high aggressiveness on resins, Solic can damage varnished surfaces and other types of plastics. In case of doubt, carry out a preliminary test on the surface to be treated.
